Inventory across the NWMLS is down 36% from a year ago. Inventory has been dropping consistently. For example, in January there was about 50 days of inventory in King County and at the end of May it was about a month’s supply. Across the NWMLS, pending sales in May (1,613) outpaced the new listings during the month (1,607). Furthermore, pending sales are up 37.2% across all markets, while Seattle has seen a huge increase of 83.7% Closed condo sales of condos have doubled from a year ago with prices up nearly 22%.
