Kristine Losh

Seattle Real Estate Agent

Kristine Losh was born and raised in the heart of Seattle. After receiving her bachelor’s degree from Western Washington University in Bellingham, she moved back to Seattle.  Before becoming a real estate agent, she worked for the UW Medical Center’s Information Technology department.  Then later for Deloitte Consulting where she traveled the country consulting for a major health care organization to streamline their business processes. Finally, Kristine joined Ewing and Clark in 2005.  Today, Kristine is a licensed real estate broker and an accredited home stager.  She is known for her excellence in client service, attention to detail, and her professional and ethical style. Since joining Ewing & Clark, Kristine has been involved in hundreds of real estate transactions.  Those transactions include luxury waterfront homes on Lake Washington, bungalows in Madrona, condos on Beacon Hill, mansions on Capitol Hill, and poolside homes in Bellevue.

Kristine’s most recent home sales include properties in Madison Park, Capitol Hill, Leschi, and West Seattle. Kristine enjoys the process of supporting her clients by meeting their real estate wants and needs.  For example, one of her clients wanted to change neighborhoods and move into a one-level home.  Thus, Kristine sold her client’s Madrona home with views of Mt Rainier and Lake Washington and assisted the same client to buy a rambler on waterfront property on Haller Lake.

In addition to residential sales, Kristine assists her clients with luxury rentals. Kristine has leased her clients’ luxury rentals in Washington Park, Capitol Hill, Montlake, Mercer Island, as well as other neighborhoods and cities.  So, if you are looking to rent or buy, then look no further.  Kristine Losh is willing to go the extra mile to find your perfect home.
